modernize to fit with GNOME HIG

Bug Description

It would be nice to see this great app updated to fit with latest GNOME; for example get rid of the toolbar and use a headerbar with action buttons and a gear/hamburger menu; better app menu, the secondary(gray) title of the headerbar could display the current conversion settings or perhaps could be clickable to select common 'profiles' like the latest GNOME Calculator is.

Hi and thank you for the update!

I've compiled SoundConverter 3.0.1 and see the difference, however, the buttons in the headerbar are showing up incorrectly - icons float above text and make the headerbar huge, also, they aren't symbolic. Preferences button is being doubled by the 'preferences' entry in the new hamburger menu and imho can be removed from the headerbar to allow for more space.

If this is just the first step and the above issues will be addressed in the next release then please ignore my comment. I'm reporting it only because the issues are there in my build...
