Shouldn't it KEEP the original file when conversion fails... IJS... ???

2.0.4 in the current w/ unstable apts trusty xubuntu...

Maybe this is one that should be pushed with dispatcht to distributions?

BTW, can it handle 192/24 flacs yet? Sound'k'onverter seems to work...

It's a shame that Ubuntu has such outdated packages. I'm sorry, but I'm not responsible for the versions packaged by the distros...

But, you can use the version packaged here: http://www.getdeb.net/software/soundconverter

It should read everything playable by gstreamer, so yes 192/24 should work.
