Invalid URI error when path contains '%'

Bug Description

I entered files into SoundConverter by dragging them from gnome3 Files app. An error occurred when encoding. See attached screenshot.

The real filename / URLs were:

/n/brick/home/alan-media/download/torrent-data/music-videogame/Harmony of a Hunter 101% Run - MP3 Release/Disc 1/01 - Stephan Wells, Erik Scerri - Primoris.mp3

Can't reproduce with newest versions.
I added a unit test for this case.

Confirmed fixed using SoundConverter 2.1.2 on Fedora 20 (and same test setup). Nicely handled :).
