SoundConverter puts itself in the the 'Video' menu category as well as 'Audio'

This means it appears in the 'Sound & Video' menu item, and for desktops that have different groups, it makes the application appear in the 'Audio' menu and *also* the 'Video' menu. The latter is quite surprising, as I didn't think soundconverter did anything with video at all.
This can easily be fixed by changing the Categories to "GNOME;
This also means that we don't show soundconverter in both the 'Audio' and in the "Video" section in gnome-software. Thanks.

SoundConverter can extract the audio from videos.
But it's indeed a bit weird to be in the video group. I'll change that.
