Please check the attached picture with spectrograms for the original .flac, .mp3s after conversion using CLI, and soundconverter @ 320 and 128kb/s respectively. Files converted with soundconverter and CLI (second/third picture from top) should not differ, but the cutoff frequency for files that were converted with SC is considerably lower.
