Bug Description
Simulating the scenario that a GStreamer decoder is missing but needed for many files. The codec installation dialog pops up, but if searching for the codec fails, the dialog is displayed again for each input file of the same type. To escape from that, one must click both "Cancel" buttons, the one from the dialog *and* the main window's one.
