Bug Description

SRU justification :
Those files are required for proper diagnostics

Impact :
Without those files, it is not possible to identify which archive is being used

Fix :
Add collection for the /etc/apt/* & /var/log/apt/*

Test Case :
Run the following :
$ sosreport --batch

Then extract the content of the archive produced. Files that were in /etc/apt and /var/log/apt will be present in the archive.

Regression :
None, new plugin is created

Upstream fix identified in comment #2

Sponsored upload part of SRU for LP: #1296755

Original description of the problem :
when running sosreport on Ubuntu, nothing from /etc/apt directory tree is collected, hence it is impossible to know what software archive is in use

Could we get this addressed in precise ? Please
My customer is about to rebuild there master image to include sosreport and it would be nice to have apt collection.

Cheers
Fred
