Bug Description

It manifests both under Windows 7 x64 and Windows 10 x64.
I have all the updates and the latest versions of IE 11 installed. It only occurs when watching online tv under Sopcast and with no other programs/circumstances.

Let's say I have two open tabs running in IE and one is a Sopcast stream from an online tv broadcaster. Every time I switch from that tab to another on IE and want only to hear sound while doing so/browsing through other channels or minimizing IE, the sound from that tab continuously, steadily and indefinitely interrupts and goes back on just in very fast succesion just like it sounds when playing a movie with a player and holidng pressed space/resume key, that exact sound.

I have no plugins or addons installed, nor viruses or malware, have always had the OS updated and mentained but never managed to get rid of this very unpleasent bug especially when I watch multiple Sopcast TV channels on more than one tab and go to another while letting the sound on.

I've noticed from task manager that every Sopcast process is runned through the 32 bit version of IE.

Been trying to find solutions for that for so long, please give me some sugestions on what to do to remove that annoying bug.

Thanks
