Setup:
Running devstack on VM with following settings:

/etc/nova/nova.conf

- virt_driver = libvirt
- virt_type = qemu

/etc/solum/solum.conf

- image_format = vm
- image_storage = swift

VM image that is used is Ubuntu 14.04

The template that I was using is this:

Failure output:

Application deployment fails with 'ERROR_STACK_CREATE_FAILED'.

The underlying cause is SwiftSignalTimeout. Here is the stack trace from heat-engine's screen:
