Bug Description

The language packs downloaded from Cloud Files and used for unit testing are not being saved in the proper directory. They are also not being cleaned up afterwards.

A fix for this was committed a few months ago.

The main issue was not the location we use for saving LPs. The problem was we were never deleting LP images after using them causing the host machine to run out of space. we now clean up all images and have not see orphaned images in any of our test environments for a few months.
