Bug Description
Think about the case of creating an assembly, then deleting it immediately.
Worker tries to build and update the assembly upon getting the creation msg, and deployer tries to delete the assembly upon getting the deletion msg.
Race conditions and/or unexpected exceptions may occur if no code to coordinate the process.
