Extend builder-api endpoints for unittest

Right now the builder-api just has /images, we also need /unittest and /functest for pipelines.

do we really need different endpoints for unit and func tests?
it's basically git clone, run some command.

Would it be useful to change solum-worker's 'unittest' command into a more generic "test" command, then?
Functional/unit/acceptance/smoke tests in that sense would really only differ in that "some command".

If that's the case I can shift my spec and bp to that goal and save some trouble.

Even in that case, I think we'd still need a /test endpoint for builder-api
