Bug Description

This could provide an alternative to the Docker Driver where you could back the compute with pools of VMs running CoreOS or Mesos ( or even Openstack! ) and let the libswarm library do the required magic.

Changing status to 'Won't fix' as there is OpenStack Magnum project which now provides capabilities to create swarm clusters (http://docs.openstack.org/developer/magnum/). Solum will be integrating with Magnum to utilize the swarm cluster capabilities.
