Tech Debt: Add a functional test to verify that app deploy works end-to-end

Add a functional test to verify that assembly create works as expected.

As part of this test we would like to verify that an assembly has indeed been deployed and a new application has indeed gotten created.

We can achieve this by asserting the following:
- curling the application url returns success
- heat stack has been successfully created
- a new image has been uploaded successfully to glance

This would be tested in the devstack gate.

James, did you determine if Docker can run in the gate? It should be in the centos7 and fedora21 distros by default, so we should be able to run it on one of those. Please advise.
