Version is not validated when read from meta.yaml

Bug Description

When importing repo and dirs are not versioned version is read from meta.yaml. In this situation version is not validated in the same way as when there is a dir with version.
It may lead to some inconsistency.

    Improve version parsing in Repository module

    When wrong version is given in meta.yaml error is raised
