Make ansible handlers working with ansible 2.0

Ansible 2.0 removed/changed ansible.callbacks

I think we should switch to using ansible as CLI everywhere. I tested and after we would switch everything would work even after upgrade from 1.9 to 2.0 other benefits:
- standard debugging (it will be then just output from ansible, no custom made thing)
- probably better compatibility between releases

I noticed that also, it is unnecessary problematic to use ansible as a library, i'm +1 to proposed solution.

    All ansible handlers are now using ansible process
    instead of python API
