"Source code" should be unchecked by default in Software sources

Bug Description
When someone adds a ppa, the source code ppa variant is checked by default. We should :
- Uncheck it by default
- Or even don't display it, which makes much more sense
Nobody uses it anymore, except g33ks who'd use the terminal for this.
We should also uncheck the "source code" checkbox in the first tab

I believe this is a bug rather than a papercut. The definition of a papercut has two key points:
- A papercut must be a usability bug that is encountered by an average user regularly during their day-to-day computing habits ie browsing the web, checking email, IMing, etc.
- It should be fixable by one developer in one day.
I don't believe this is a valid papercut as the average user will not be expected to add PPAs to their system, rather they will get their software through the Software Centre, and even if they did ad PPAs, the list of sources containing packages is displayed in the SC, without the source code repositories in sight.
