Bug Description

From Lucid, updated april 15th:

 -Invoke SoftwareProperties.add_source_from_line, I'll use add-apt-repository as an example).
 -Enter "ppa:lkdfkjsrgakasgiadljkd"
 -Check your sources in software-properties-gtk, the new fake ppa is there.

SoftwareProperties needs a ppa confirmation helper function that can be used in many different situations.
