Bug Description
As a stop-gap until we have the new banner media-type support on Desktop, we should allow users to upload 5 screenshots plus a banner and banner-icon (total 7).
Currently the banner and banner-icon use the screenshot quota so in reality (if you have a banner and banner-icon) you are limited to 3 screenshots.
