Bug Description

The script at /srv/dashboard.snapcraft.io/production/scripts/store-kpi had a bogus interpreter and log file path, causing it to crash and the /srv/dashboard.snapcraft.io/production/var/run/store_kpi.state log was stale enough to set nagios alerts ablaze.
