Bug Description
Hello,
Right now, only the original publisher of a snap can issue a validation assertion for an update control gating snap.
This is not ideal, and it is going to be an issue for enterprises, where, there is no a single person managing the release.
Please, allow collaborators of a snap to issue validation assertions as well.
