Bug Description
In some cases when uploading a package via the web ui (uploader widget), after selecting the file to upload, the widget is reset to a state where it reads 'No file selected, click to select a file.' but the form submit button is enabled. When submitting the form in such cases will result in a submission error: binary_filesize: This field is required.
The form submission should not be enabled if the uploader widget hasn't properly populated all the required fields.

I'm also seeing this issue when I upload a new bcc snap. This is blocking me.
