Bug Description
When trying out snapcraft sign-build <snap> I get a message that tells me nothing or even where to run to:
$ snapcraft sign-build spongeshaker_
Your account lacks information to sign build assertions for this snap.
What information? How can I solve this? Where to?

I am affecting snapcraft as I don't want the fix to go unnoticed and add at least a manual test if an integration test is not possible.
