Bug Description

Today, I tried to publish some snap apps. On the submission page, there is a field for filling the demo video link. I tried a link like https://vimeo.com/152249451, the submission was not successful. However, if I tried to fill a link like http://vimeo.com/152249451, it became successful. This means the video link cannot be a type of "https".
