Unclear message when review status turns to manualReviewPending

One user published a version(0.1) in click store, and when plan to publish him 0.2 version.
Then he did following:
1. Upload the package and can see latest uploaded version is 0.2
2. Auto Reviewed were all passed
3. Can't publish the new version. (Can't find it from phone store) From the current UI, current reviewed version is still 0.1, there's not entry to publish 0.2

 After noodle checking from admin, found that user 's review status was *ManualReviewPending*. but from UI, user didn't know this status, in this case, it's helpful to users to display more clearer information. Or users don't know what to do next.

It shows "Latest approved upload (version {version}, r{revision}) is <a href={url}>unpublished</a>." as an warning message.
