Bug Description
Software Center is the focal point for users bringing issues up. By allowing the user to tick a box saying "report a bug" would give the developers a closer relationship with users and would possibly result in better software.
This would, if it were implemented, trigger an email to a nominated mail address for that app (either to a mailing list, a bug tracker, or just a standard mail account)
