AppStore does not notify me about Snappy packages removals

Bug Description

I just submitted a packaged to the appstore (mc-dep-tree.caio1982) and I got mail notifications besides browser messages when submitting the .snap, when its lint checks failed and then when it got manually reviewd & published. When I then requested its removal I didn't get any sort of notification by mail.

For consistency's sake I would expect removals to be notified by e-mail as well.
