Bug Description
SCA API is returning dates in a non-standard format of "yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss" for certain types of data.
ISO 8601 is the standard format used in APIs all across the web, and is specified as the format to use by the HTTP RFCs, W3C, and the JavaScript specification (ECMA 262). We should be using ISO 8601 formatted strings when returning times in the API.
