Bug Description
Right now to use paypal to pay stuff from the phone you can either
a) login with your paypal credentials each time (can get annoying) or
b) use a preauth.
The thing is that no preauth can be added from the phone, so you need to go to pay.ubuntu.com to do that, thus making the phone experience a difficult one to deal with, paypal wise.
In addition, the webpage to enter paypal login information looks very fishy and you need to scroll and move around; and as the login fields aren't well defined in the browser, text completion, text suggestion and automatic punctuation is used thus making it VERY error prune. (gmail corrects to mail, after the dot a space is inserted, etc)
