Bug Description
The credit card field looks wrong on the phone.
The grayed text seems to be split into two lines and only very little is seen from the second line.
Also, the grayed text is still visible when starting to type, and starting in the fifth number, the typed text does not match the grayed text positions, so it looks ugly.
I'm attaching a screenshot that can explain this better.

To restore the cc input and fix this issue we need to either:
* adjust the font-size of the cc input to allow the '0000 0000 0000 0000 00/00 123' string to flow unbroken
* keep font-size, reduce x padding in cc input (reposition card brand icon)
* remove/reduce margin around page
and, implement a more elegant overflow for cases when that happens
