Bug Description
The current configs for staging sca/devportal currently uses a mixture of staging/production SSO services (openid, api v1, api v2).
There may have been a reason initially to be using prod SSO for staging sca (2fa), but that reason may not (or doesn't in the case of 2fa) exist anymore.
