Bug Description
I've just updated staging with use_click_index = True. I was able to publish an app successfully, but can't see the app in the staging index.
On checking the code, ClickPackage.
In addition to logging, it may now make sense for a click package to revert the state change if it's not successfully published. That is, if we can't contact the index, we don't leave the app published or tell the dev that it was published.
