Bug Description
1. Purchase some software.
2. Wait a year.
3. Read the e-mail confirmation message for the payment.
What you see: No link to the Terms of Use.
What you should see: A link to the specific version of the Terms that applied when you purchased the software.
This depends on the Web site having an archive of each version of the Terms (bug 1107809).

I've just noticed that the message contains a "Terms of Service:" line that is otherwise blank:
