Bug Description

Until v2.1 SocNetV can parse and load "edgelist" files only when source and target nodes for each edge are declared by their nodenumbers. See http://socnetv.sourceforge.net/docs/formats.html#edgelist.

This means that a file of this format cannot be read:
inc05 inc10
inc23 inc01
inc13 inc03
inc05 inc10
inc13 inc03
sta05 sta08
sta05 sta16
