Edge arrows option does not exist in Settings

Edge arrows can be toggled on and off from the Options menu. That is meant as a session-only setting. Nevertheless, in application Settings & Preferences, there should be a relevant option in the Edges tab which would permanently save the user preferences on displaying edge arrows or not.

Furtheremore, now it seems that if the user changes the Options > Edges > arrows option and then open and save the Preferences dialog, then the arrows option becomes permanent (saved in next sessions), which is not straightforward for the user.
