Bug Description
1. Create a multi-relational network in SocNetV.
2. Save the network in GraphML file
3. The saved file has only the data of the current relation. The user has to change relationship and save again in a different file in order to save all network data.
SocNetV should not only write but also read multi-relational data.

Latest commit added support for multirelational social network data save to GraphML. Needs testing.
The code loops over every relation and for each one creates a new <graph> tag in the graphml file.
Work continues to implement multi-relational data loading from graphml files.
