Bug Description
In scale-free random network generation, the probability that the new node will connect to an existing node i is:
pi=(α+d_i) / ∑_j ( d_j ) where α is the zero appeal, the initial 'attractiveness' of each node.
Nevertheless, even if you set α = 100, the algorithm seems to disregard it because it produces the same net as in the case of α = 1.
