On XO-1 soas04xo, Home View does not give a choice of icon arrangements

Bug Description
I'm used to Home View giving me a choice within "Favorites" of how the icons are positioned - either arranged in a ring, or arranged randomly. soas04xo appears to not be letting me specify anything other than the ring arrangement.
