Jenkins pbuilder failiure on armhf: fsutilstest segfaults on qemu

Finding this test failure/crash under Jenkins pbuilder on armhf:

Note that qemu/X environment issues have affected other armhf builds; if we find that the cause of this test failure is out of our control then let this bug serve as a placeholder, e.g. to re-enable to test.
