Please optimise word ordering in manual review mails

Bug Description
When I get a mail from the store about manual reviews, it looks a bit like this.
"Manual review requested for version 0.1 of data-buffer-test"
When I get notifications, this often gets truncated to
"Manual review requested for version 0.1 ..."
This makes me *have* to open the mail to look for applications I'm interested in reviewing.
Can we please modify it to something like.
"Manual review for data-buffer-test version 0.1 requested"
"data-buffer-test version 0.1 manual review requested"
Fewer characters, and front-loading the important info at the start.
