Can't release a revision (no channel selector shown).

I'm trying to release revision 13929 of "parity":

- https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/snaps/parity/revisions/13929/release/

I can't select a release channel. There are no radio buttons shown. I get:

> "Please correct the fields indicated below before continuing."

We did not change our snapcraft.yaml in 4 months:

- https://github.com/paritytech/parity/tree/master/snap

But this used to work 2 weeks ago. This is our Gitlab script:

- https://github.com/paritytech/parity/blob/master/scripts/gitlab-build.sh#L189-L219

This is the Gitlab job that created the revision:

Apologies, this is a known bug with rendering of the release form.

Can you please try reloading the page? If you do so, eventually you'll see the channel selectors. I got them on my 3rd try.

Rest assured we're looking at the underlying problem.

But it still does not work for https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/snaps/parity/revisions/13897/release/

What's causing this?
