Bug Description
Some developers and ISVs would like to be able to use the web UI to release into stable for both latest and specific custom tracks, so for example they don't have to fire up a VM with Snapcraft or to be able to release if their snapcraft environment is not handy at the moment. It is not currently possible to release into tracks from dashboard.
