Bug Description

I'm see failures trying to upload my EdgeX Foundry snap to the store. The snap is fairly large in size (632M).

I'm using snapcraft 2.35 (Debian package) and run the following command:

snapcraft push edgexfoundry-core_0.2.1+barca-1_amd64.snap --release edge

My first six attempts failed, with the error:

There was an error uploading the package.
Reason: 'Proxy Error'
Text: '<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">\n<html><head>\n<title>502 Proxy Error</title>\n</head><body>\n<h1>Proxy Error</h1>\n<p>The proxy server received an invalid\r\nresponse from an upstream server.<br />\r\nThe proxy server could not handle the request <em><a href="/unscanned-upload/">POST&nbsp;/unscanned-upload/</a></em>.<p>\nReason: <strong>Error reading from remote server</strong></p></p>\n<hr>\n<address>Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at upload.apps.ubuntu.com Port 443</address>\n</body></html>\n'

Note - this is the same error that was being reported in bug #1674420.

I finally got a successful upload on my seventh (figures) attempt.

For reference, here's the source for the snap:
