Bug Description
User story: I use an FSF endorsed distro [1] and I like the sound of Snappy. I'd like to add a Snappy store/repository that contains only free software, so that when I'm browsing GNOME Software I know every option is software I'd like to install.
Suggested solution: The current store contains distributable but non-free software. Create an independent store with a distinct name that contains only free software packages (perhaps through a mirroring process?). Speak to the FSF about endorsement for this store. This may require a new endorsement mechanism (I'm not sure that GNU FSDG [2] or ethical repository criteria [3] are exactly suitable.)
From the FSF distro page [1]:
> This means these distros will include, and propose, exclusively free software. They will reject nonfree applications, nonfree programming platforms, nonfree drivers, nonfree firmware “blobs”, nonfree games, and any other nonfree software, as well as nonfree manuals or documentation.
