Bug Description

Related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapstore/+bug/1666792 but slightly different. We want to be able to support a per snap "contact" field. The use-case is that often snaps from the same publisher (say canonical) are maintained by different teams. So e.g. the Canoical core snap will have a different "contact" than the Canonical lxd snap etc.

The contact field is available per snap, and it is editable in the web UI, independent of the publisher (changes deployed during the fix of the mentioned related bug).
