Remove musicbrainz-picard from the store

I would like to delete the snap name musicbrainz-picard from the store, as the maintainers will be using picard.

Sorry this got confused, I had thought you were intending to use musicbrainz-picard from your comments on the name registrations. In any case if you want the "picard" name, you will need to file a new request at https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/snaps/register-name/ since I had revoked your initial request.

Sorry, I was the one who got it confused. I should have asked upstream
which name to pick before doing anything or taking the musicbrainz-picard
name, so I was trying to go the square 0.
