Bug Description

New snaps being pushed don't update the metadata of the snap, keeping those of the original pushed one in place.

Metadata from the uploaded snap will be used if there is no previous update made via the web UI (ie. a conflict).
In any case, conflicts can be resolved using `snapcraft push-metadata` command (since version 2.36). Once conflicts are resolved, future uploads will update the metadata as expected while there are no conflicting changes made in the web UI.
