Bug Description
When using IPv6, all snap commands that access the internet don't work.
Examples include "snap refresh", "snap install", "snap search".
In each case, there is a wait of 40 seconds, and then the error message, "error: unable to contact snap store". There is no explanation.
Disabling IPv6 allows snap to work perfectly. Re-enabling IPv6 again blocks it.
According to Bug #1710022, which addresses only api.snapcraft.io, this has been fixed, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case. I can't tell if snap commands access more than just api.snapcraft.io?
I have tested this on Ubuntu 22.04.
