Bug Description
Hi,
I tried to register duplicity and juju-local as the charms’ new name.
However, when I try to do it, we got error message:
reserved-name: Name ‘duplicity’ is reserved and requires manual approval
reserved-name: Name ‘juju-local’ is reserved and requires manual approval
