Include "type" in the release API response

We got user requested to correctly shows which type of package got released.

But we are not able to know the type unless we pull the full list from
https://api.charmhub.io/docs/default.html#list_registered_names
Which is inefficient and slow.

So we would like to ask to include "type" in the release API response.
